Earning my #CAPCertification
As a meticulous and dedicated individual with the ability to manage all kinds of clerical responsibilities as an Executive Assistant within my current position at a prominent bank; I am seeking my CAP certification. I have delved into learning more about certifications and technology expertise needed to progress in this career. During the current Covid-19 pandemic I have been working from home which has allowed me to research and learn a lot about my profession. I have been training non-stop on systems and applications since March with several trainers however training with Marie Herman has inspired me to strive and meet my CAP certification goal for 2020. So, I recently joined her CAP certification boot camp for the next several weeks with high hopes to be certified this year. Administrative professionals get certified for many reasons; my reasons are to show my expertise in certain areas of my career, bolster my resume, and most importantly meet a goal for my annual performance review. I have been very fortunate to be gainfully employed for a very long time and I am extremely happy with my position, however obtaining the CAP certification will validate my skills and knowledge, provide me with many more job opportunities, a better boost in my salary, and will place me in the position for a potential promotion. I want to stand out from the rest and be a role model to junior assistants on my team. I will ensure that my current employer and or prospective employers understand the value of the three letters (CAP) after my name. Earning the #CAPCertification will also provide me with a boost in confidence, consider getting certified today. Warm regards, Clarah~

Marie is such a good trainer and she prepares you well for the CAP, You put in the time and follow Maries, course, read the study book, make some flash cards on the areas you are struggling in and you will do well. There is no other feeling when you accomplish this no small task. The things you will learn and your self worth will give you so much more confidence.
