Why CAP - Spring 2021

I'm always looking for ways to improve my knowledge, skills and abilities to improve in my current position as School Secretary for Charles County Public Schools. So when a colleague of mine, mentioned taking the CAP test. I began to research IAAP and was excited as I learned what this exam is about and for. After listening a webinar from a member of IAAP, I made this one of my yearly goals. Even with the vast amounts of reading and studying, I'm excited and welcome the challenge.
