Thinking my first attempt to post may have been unsuccessful, apologies if this is a duplication! I made half-baked attempt at the CAP test in 1992. Meaning I paid for the exam and attended a few study groups, but scared myself out of actually taking the test! Fast forward to having a baby and a busy career during which I happily put myself on the back burner. I've recently retired from a 30 year stint as an EA and decided that I want to now focus on completing some personal goals. I'm back in school to finish my degree and I want to earn the CAP designation. I decided it was time that I used all the skills in my EA toolkit to further myself: organization, motivation, encouragement - plus the occasional reality check to be applied as needed! Looking forward to the journey and designing a successful "second act' for myself!
