When I started this journey to certification, I was so confident. I thought this is going to be easy, I've been doing this for a million years. HA! The journey was not easy. It was tough. Tough to stay focused. Tough to find time to study. Tough to maintain confidence. I am so THANKFUL for Marie Herman and her study group. Without it, I never would have PASSED. But, PASS I did. To all of you who sat for the exam in this term, regardless of whether your result is pass or if it is fail, please pat yourself on the back. You did an incredible thing just in the attempt. You put in the effort and you are an AMAZING administrative professional! Wishing you all the best and if you are celebrating Thanksgiving tomorrow, HappyThanksgiving!

I totally agree Debra, we all work very hard as administrative professionals and have confidence in our abilities. But when faced with pinpointing exactly what/how/when we perform these skills, it was a bit daunting to say the least! Enter Marie Herman's study group! Marie's ability to focus us, motivate us and encourage us when we were down was invaluable to me. I too would not have passed the CAP Exam if it were not for Marie, so thank you Marie!
