Hello all! My name is Paige and I am very excited to join IAAP. I will be sitting for the CAP exam in the Spring of 2022! I am super excited and nervous! I learned about the CAP and IAAP from my coworkers and my supervisor. I am blessed that my work is very supportive and encouraging for us to further our careers. I decided to join IAAP and to study for the CAP for my own growth and to further myself in my career. I have read through most of the study book on my own and knew I needed some help! It's been over a decade since I've had to study or take a test! I am currently in Marie Herman's study group and will be attending the CAPstone CAP Study Group in the Spring. I am always focused on my growth and improvement. Usually that is towards health, finances, character, etc.. I believe it's time to focus that energy into my career and to take a big step!
