Started Marie Herman's 2022 Spring CAP Study Group
Hi, I just embarked on another external development course this year. During this summer I received my ACEA (Advanced Certificate for the Executive Assistant) and attended the Leadership & Communication course from Office Ninjas/University of CA at Berkeley (Haas School of Business). I am now working towards my CAP certificate so I can pass the exam in the Spring. Notice how I said "pass the exam". The power of positive thinking! I have been an EA for 46 years and at the end of my work career. It's never too late...I'm going out on top! Wish me luck!

Congratulations on your decision to seek certification. I've held mine since 1986 and keep it current, even though I've been retired for a long time. Goals are good, especially when personal to you.

That is a lot of learning packed into a short time. What a great head start on preparing for the CAP exam!
