Good morning - I am excited and a bit anxious for this new journey.  Thank you Marie for your guidance, keeping it "real" and supporting me during the process. I am very glad I found the IAAP community and resources.  I am choosing to become certified for my personal development and growth.  I was becoming stagnant in my position and needed a new challenge. I am excited to learn and see where the journey takes me. Cheers.
