I recently joined Marie Herman's Study Group. I'm excited and nervous to start this journey. It's been a goal of mine for the last few years, and as things will never slow down, I decided now is the time. I've been in the Administrative Professional field for over 20 years, and I still enjoy it. So I decided to join IAAP and take the CAP exam to continue my professional development. I look forward to connecting to many within this community and cheering others on in their journey. I'm ready Marie! Let's do it.

Ayeesha, I so relate to the comment about how things will never slow down. I just realized that there would never be a perfect time, which is also why I decided to join the study group for spring CAP this winter.

So many people don't really understand this concept. Sometimes you just have to figure out how to shoehorn your goals into your limited available time, because the "right and/or perfect" time will never arrive. You can definitely do this. Just use some willpower and advanced planning to develop strategies for success! Let's get this done!
