Salutations IAAP community ! I am so happy to be apart of such a tremendous community of Admin Professionals. I just joined Marie's CAP Study group for Spring 2022. My decision to get certified came after a one on one meeting with my boss. She enlightened me on the endless opportunities I can have within our organization with the proper certifications. My boss is continuously encouraging myself development and this has served as fuel to aim higher for myself. I am anxious and excited as this new journey and next chapter begins.
