My Why

Hello all! My name is Michelle Webster and I am excited to be sitting for the CAP exam this coming Fall 2022! I currently work at State Farm as an Underwriting Service Assistant and am hoping to move into an Administrative Assistant position in the near future. It can be very competitive within State Farm and I want to stand out to the hiring managers. I have a B.A. in Business Administration and have worked in some sort of administrative capacity for around 10 years (with some maternity leave mixed in there). Since it has been 13 years since I graduated college, I am hoping studying for this exam will really freshen up areas that I haven't utilized and get me the most up-to-date I can be in all aspects of the administrative profession. I truly love administrative work and am proud to be preparing for this exam while working full-time and caring for two rambunctious boys, 4 and 7. I am most looking forward to studying under Marie Herman. Ready or not, here we go!
