Sharing My Why - CAP Certification
Good evening, everyone!
Very glad that we have kicked off the Spring CAP Study Group. Through this certification process, I'm excited about the opportunity for growth in my skillset and role as a teammate. It is a privilege to work for a company that invests so much into their people, and I would love to return that by increasing my reach. I may have to tap into some semi-retired college study skills, but I am looking forward to it. As a mom of a young child, it makes me feel a bit like 'super-mom' to show my daughter that you never stop learning. For now, my goal is to keep up with the reading and take it one day at a time.
