Hello, everyone! I am going to be sitting for the CAP exam to expand my level of knowledge and receive certification to show that I am capable of accomplishing my goals. I hope to not only gain a pay increase from becoming certified but to also gain confidence in myself that I accomplished something that I worked hard for. I am feeling excited, a bit nervous, but overall feeling like I can do this if I continue to work hard.
