Hello, I am happy to announce that I was accepted to take the CAP this fall. I am excited to have this opportunity to better myself and my career! The CAP is a fantastic opportunity to earn a certification that will benefit my development and future career endeavors. In addition, I am employed by the State of Tennessee, which provides a 10% salary increase upon completing this certification. I am currently enrolled in Marie Herman's CAP Prep Course to help prepare me for the exam. I am confident that with dedication, I will pass this exam!
