I did most of my downloads from the link provided in the July 20 "Know Before You Go: IAAP Summit 2016" newsletter. It was the second item (Summit education session handouts" and provided a link (click here). I don't know if that is still a functioning link but it worked for me before I left for Summit on July 21.
