Hi, My Agency has agreed to my participation in the 2017 Leadership Academy and hopefully the paperwork will be processed next week. Questions: 1. My Agency is asking for an acceptance letter. Do participants receive letters? Ms. Reynolds sent an email stating slots were still available. I would think this should be sufficient for possible acceptance or is their an preliminary application process? Attached the email to my internal Ageny application...hope I did not over step! 2. Kudos to you for asking and to your company for acknowledging. I was a graduate if last year's academy and it was a fabulous experience. The projects were interesting and challenging and definitely required a team experience to complete.

It's hard to identify the most valuable. For me the preliminary 360 evaluations completed by others helped to frame the areas I needed to work the most on. In retrospect I wish I would have gone even broader in my outreach in this area. I would encourage to include at least one individual that you may have conflict or at least perceived conflict in this exercise. Working with the coach helped to keep me accountable. If you want to talk further offline I am happy to do so.
