Next Thursday is Thanksgiving Day in the USA, marked with feasting and family gatherings. At our house, after the blessing while we pass the platters we go around the table and say what we are thankful for. The older folks are usually philosophical (love and family!) and the kiddos more practical (turkey!), but sometimes they surprise us and make us all tear up. So, I'm thankful for Certification, because without it I would not have sought out membership in IAAP (I wanted that credential!) and along with it, I received lifelong friendships, challenges, and the opportunity to serve our profession (philosophical) and a golden ticket on my resume (practical). You?

I am blessed because of my IAAP family and very thankful for all of you :-) You allow me to do what I do and for that I will be eternally grateful.
