I was asked why I am pursuing the CAP Certification - Well, I have been the office manager for 16 years at a wonderful company. I don't have a college degree and while I do a good job and feel successful, I think it will help me to feel more confident in my role. I also know that I'll be a stronger asset to my company with this certification. I'm really looking forward to this!
