This is my why!
I have taken the plunge and signed up to take my certification exam in April. I have been a member of IAAP since 2008 and have been very active. I found out that I need my certification to be a brand director so that is my why. It's also become a personal goal for me and it will be going into my responsibility review this year. I am excited for this next step in my career!
