Pursuing my CAP Certification
I joined IAAP just a few months ago and am excited to be preparing for the CAP exam in April. I have always prided myself on providing a high level of support in every position I have held so I believe this opportunity will provide a great deal of growth. Marie Herman’s study group looks to be both challenging and rewarding. This new challenge has reenergized my desire for professional growth and learning! As with so many executive assistants, my busy schedule and increased workload has left little time for professional development. Fortunately, I have an incredible boss who supports my pursuit of the CAP designation. I feel confident moving forward. Best of luck to all taking the exam this April!

I find a lot of people start out with the CAP and it's just the very first step in an exciting lifelong journey into professional development and stretching their boundaries. Enjoy the journey!
