CAP - Facing My Fears and Finding My Courage
I have struggled with pursuing my CAP for several years. The fear of failure kept me from moving towards certification. Today is the day. I am finally moving forward and doing whatever it takes to secure those three initials behind my name. Thank you, Marie Herman, for encouraging me! It's going to be a challenge for sure, but my grown children reminded me that I need to follow my own advice and not give in to the fear of failure. I have made the decision to sit for the CAP exam in April for the opportunity of growth and development. I very much look forward to enhancing my skill set. And also proving I can do this! I'm 58 years old so it will be a challenge for sure, but I believe it will also be very rewarding. I can no longer ignore this nudge I'm feeling to pursue the CAP certification.

Ms. Hollands, facing challanging or new tasks can often seem fearful, but take the energy of the fear and use it to hurdle yourself to success! Your in great hands with Ms. Marie, if you want it she will get you there! You will be so very proud of your accomplishment!
