Thanks for sharing your storires
I have enjoyed reading all the "Why Certification" posts. It is fun to get to know other members in this way. Good luck to all of you who have decided to take the CAP exam.

So have I, Emily. The candidates are all so inspiring with their stories and reasoning behind their decisions. I can't wait to see all the celebratory posts when they learn they have passed the exams and earned their CAP designations!.

I, too, have thoroughly enjoyed reading all of the "Why Certification" posts. Thanks to Marie Herman for requesting the members of her study group to complete this exercise.

Agreed!
It's wonderful to read everyone's story and the inspiration that made
this the year they decided to certify. As someone else stated, those
of us who have been through it know how they feel right now, will now how they feel the day of the exam and how they'll feel when you receive those
letters!

It's one of my favorite parts of leading the study groups (well next to all the emails saying I Passed! LOL). I find such inspiration in their stories and the challenges that they face and overcome. It truly is awesome to see.

I am enjoying the sharing of information from individuals who have taken on the challenge of the CAP designation and learning about their background. Linda L. Rolfe CAP (Ret.), OM
