Does anyone know what kind of transportation there is from the airport to the hotel? I heard Uber and Lyft don't exist in Austin?

There will be shuttle services available. Go to the 2018 Summit website.

Airport
The JW Marriott Austin is located approximately 10 miles from the Austin-
Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). AUS is serviced by most major airlines.
Ground Transportation to/from Airport
• SuperShuttle is approximately $11 per person each way. For more
information and/or to book a SuperShuttle reservation visit
www.supershuttle.com or call 800.258.3826. Remember to use the IAAP
discount code: IAAP1 and receive 10 percent off when you make your
reservations!
• Austin has multiple ride sharing options such as RideAustin, Fare, Fasten,
and Getme that are community driven organizations that serve the
surrounding area including the airport. Apps are available on iOS and
Android. (Uber is currently not available in the Austin area.)
• MetroRapid is part of the city’s innovative public transportation system.
These innovative vehicles are all equipped with free wifi!
