M. Herman Posts: 590	HI Leonie, I will offer a free webinar on Certification Options for Administrative Professionals in May or June. It will talk about what's involved, the cost, the time commitment, etc. Have you visited IAAP's certification website and read the materials there and downloaded the Body of Knowledge yet? As an fyi, I offer an online study group for the exams. My fall exam will start in July. Marie
