Started my CAP Studying!!
I finally got the nerve to ask my boss to cover the expenses for CAP and he said yes! So I immediately bought the studyguide & smartbook. I signed up for Marie Herman's study group. Our first session was this past Tuesday and I am overwhelmed but excited! I love learning new things to help me do better in my career as an Executive Assistant! I'm already learning so much and I'm not even past Domain One! I think it's important to gain certification, as many of us just learned our profession through experience. I think having the "book knowledge" will be immensely powerful!!

Good luck with your certification goal. Also you have a supportive executive. It never hurts to ask for what you want.
