Does anyone know how to delete a journal entry from the CAP recertification portal? I accidentally entered one of my courses twice and cannot figure out how to delete one of the entries.

Yes, you need to reach out to certification@iaap-hq.org - they can delete and then you can re-add.

This is something I want to bring up at the Town Hall at Summit - we should have the capability to edit our own entries; as well as putting the leadership information - this appears to need to be in a different format from entering educational sessions.

The ability for you to edit your journal entries has recently been added, so you are able to log in and change what's needed.

Melissa, any leadership positions should be entered similar to education. Please feel free to email me directly at rachel.reynolds@iaap-hq.org with your specific questions, and I'm happy to address them.
