My Reason for CAP Certification
Hey everyone, I decided to pursue the CAP certification because I have been an Administrative Assistant for about 8 years, I am thinking about going into the HR Administration department in the organization that I work at now. The CAP certification in my opinion makes an individual look like a very well rounded and skilled candidate, when I get the certification it will be hard for the company to turn me down for the position. If they do I will be well equipped to pursue other opportunities. I am feel excited and challenged for the journey!

I hadn't taken a test in 20 years and I decided to go for it! You will do well I would suggest finding a study group and investing in the IAAP recourses in learning@iapp.

I think certification provides so many benefits, but especially that opportunity to showcase your skills and have your colleagues see your attitude and skills with fresh eyes!
