I struggle with self doubt. As I was only in my admin position 8 months before moving up to Executive Secretary, I believed I had a lot to learn before receiving a promotion. This caused me pause in the belief I can do the job as there our times I feel as a fish out of water. I have now successful been an Executive Secretary for a year for an Executive that is very particular and streamlined. I have learn much through him and his expectations and now I need to further teach myself, through this course, how to be strong and understand the true details of my career. I am doing this for ME!!! and him.
