Why CAP
I am looking for ways to improve my knowledge, skills and abilities to do well in my current position. So when a colleague of mine, mentioned taking the CAP test. I began to research IAAP, as well as, attend a webinar by Marie Herman. After listening to the webinar, which was great, I decided this was the next goal for me, so I joined IAAP, registered for the CAP and am now studying, under Marie, to take the exam in the Fall. I am excited, even with the vast amounts of reading, but I welcome the challenge. Thanks IAAP for all that you offer.

Congratulations on taking this next step in your personal and professional development! You'll achieve this goal one day, one week, one study group session at a time. Best wishes with your studies!
