I am pursuing certification for myself after raising 12 children. Although I have considered sitting for the CAP exam, it never was a priority. I finally realized if I wanted to become certified, I needed to commit to this goal. After registering for the Fall CAP exam, I enrolled in Marie Herman’s Study Group. My commitment mixed with her confident encouragement and study methods is giving me the confidence to believe I will pass this exam. Although the preparation is significant, the outcome will be worth the effort. By becoming certified, I hope to encourage others at my workplace to pursue becoming the best administrative assistant they can be and, perhaps, pursuing certification.

I can relate. I only had three children to raise and I pursued certification once the youngest graduated from high school and started college. I also went back to college. You will do great. Be sure and post when you become certified.
