Sooo...I decided to take the CAP Exam AGAIN!

5 years ago, I took this exam and failed it by 3 questions. It was disappointing. I stewed on this disappointment for 5 years. Fast forward 5 years and in those 5 years I have been promoted from a Senior Administrative Assistant to a Senior Executive Assistant. It's safe to say that this certification will not give me a raise or a leg up in my career but it will let me know that 5 years ago I was disappointed but I didn't let that disappointment keep me from attaining something that I started and wanted. I'm looking forward to taking this test again & passing it this time. Marion

One of my favorite quotes is Albert Einstein. A person who has never made a mistake is someone who has never tried something new. And one other quote I love: Failure isn't the opposite of success, it is a part of success!

You took the test and didn't get the outcome you desired. You are choosing not to let that define you any longer. I am so glad that you have stepped up to try again. Sometimes we have to go through those dark times to actually figure out what kind of person we are. Now you know...
