2021 Spring Cap Exam
Hello Everyone and Happy New Year! I am excited for the great things that are going to happen this year as we press toward our goals. Each year end, I analyze my year and set new goals that align with the overall vision that I have for my life. After having been an Administrative Professional for the majority of my career (30 + years), I decided that I would like to obtain the award of excellence in my career (CAP Certification). For many, administration is a stepping stone to higher career aspirations ( and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that) but for me, it is my career goal. I thoroughly enjoy not only being organized, but helping to organize others. It makes my day when I can make my Executive's life easier. She is never confused on where she needs to be, when she needs to be there and what she will be doing there. All she has to do is show up! I am really glad that I decided to obtain certification because I am learning so many new things and I know that my skills will stay relevant. I look forward to coming back to the forum with the awesome news that I passed!!!

I find often students are pursuing the CAP as much for a personal goal as for a professional goal. There's something very satisfying about being able to point to an impartial accredited third party certification as verification of your skillset.

I'm excited to watch your journey and see you achieve this goal!
