Hello all! I am planning on sitting for the CAP exam this spring. My organization might go through a reorganization in the future, so I thought it might be useful to have a certification - whether it be to keep a position or find something somewhere else. I'm a little scared (been out of school for a while), but I've joined Marie Herman's study group and I'm feeling more okay with it each day. I know I can do this, it's just a matter of getting the brain cells I haven't used in a while to start working again. Here's to a crazy next couple of months!

I think it's wise to prepare for any future eventuality. In today's world, we just can't be positive our jobs are guaranteed. You are smart to plan for what ifs. And if those what ifs never happen, which they often don't, you will simply benefit from expanding your knowledge base and your connections in the world. That is never a mistake!
