Hello Everyone! My name is Heather Renzelmann, and I am beginning my journey for CAP certification in spring 2021. I am a Senior Administrative Support Specialist for an insurance company that specializes in insuring religious institutions. I have been a member of IAAP for 15 years, and taking the CAP exam has always been a goal of mine to grow personally and professionally. I am excited to be working with Marie Herman's online study group to prepare for this exam. Good luck to everyone studying to take the exam.

I was a part of Marie's study group last Spring.  I had registered to take CAP in the Spring, but as we know, Covid cancelled everything last Spring and we were moved to the Fall.  Marie stuck with us all through it and even gave us a refresher course on a Saturday before we took the test in the Fall.  Thanks to her class, I passed the exam.  I've taken several courses with Marie and it's always money well spent.  Enjoy and good luck on the exam!
