Summit additions to Recertification Portal after 2019
I'm due to recertify in November 2022 and the wording in the Portal Instructions state that when you attend an IAAP national event after 2019, HQ will add the applicable recertification points to the recertification portal on your behalf. I attended 2019 in person and have an email that states I will receive 23.5 points and the event is loaded in the portal by HQ, but 0 points are awarded. I attended 2020 and 2021 virtually and neither of those events are even loaded. Is there a step that I'm missing that I need to do to receive credit for the events? Thanks!

I received this response from HQ, if anyone else has this question.

For some reason we are having trouble populating point for IAAP events. We are currently working on workaround to get those points in the portal. Just keep track of your points and if they are not showing up in the portal, we still can account for them when you recertify with no problem.

Thanks for the quick response HQ! I appreciate you!

Susan, i have the 2021 Virtual Summit Recertification form. If you provide me with your email address, I can send it to you. I do not find one from Virtual Summit 2020 in my files. You can reach me at ann.dahlke@umr.com.

Thank you for sharing. I am having the same issue. I attended CAPStone in 2019 in San Diego and have been trying to add re-certification points. I do not think I ever received an email from HQ after CAPStone about adding 23.5 points. Hopefully this will get worked out so I can recertify in November 2022.

I also need to have my certification points from 2020 and 2021 added to my recertification points. I am also looking for the link to the portal to upload my form in order to get points for 2022. Can someone help me with this?

I also need the form to upload my 2020 and 2021 (virtually) and 2022 (in person). Can you tell me where I can get those forms.

I swear that it is hidden! I am trying to find it now too. It shouldn't be so difficult to locate!

Did anyone find the location where we input recertification points? I swear I've been through every click on the site and still can't find it. I've entered points before, but can't find the link now.

I did find it but I typically have to go searching every time. Just click on "My Profile" then scroll to the very bottom. I got sick of searching every time and finally bookmarked it. Here is the link: https://www.iaap-hq.org/page/mycertview
