I will be sitting for the Fall 2023 CAP exam in October and I just started Marie Herman's CAP study group last week. Although this is going to be a lot of work, outside of my current full time job, I am going to be sitting for the CAP exam because I really want to prove to myself that I "know my stuff". I've been an assistant (Administrative and Executive) for 20+ years now, but I have never taken the time to get any certifications.   Why now? WHY NOT??   I hope to gain more self-confidence as well as more professional respect by becoming certified. I'm feeling nervous, excited, hopeful and determined, but I have already read through the study guide once to prepare for this study group (I got the book early and figured I might as well). I figure it can't hurt to be as prepared as possible, even if it means reading this book 3 times! LOL Wish me luck everyone, and good luck to all of us in this same boat! WE GOT THIS! <3   -Leah
