My name is Theresa. I have over 20 years of administrative experience, most of which was in the legal field. Recently, I changed careers and work as an office manager for a technical college. I am working on my certification because it means an automatic pay increase. At the same time that I am working on this certification, I am also working toward my bachelor's degree in Business Administration. I joined a study group for the CAP, and between work, school, the study group, and the regular family and household responsibilities, I AM TIRED!! But I am also motivated. I am attending an accelerated college program, so the workload is heavy. Therefore, I have a very regimented schedule to ensure I can accomplish all weekly tasks. I devote at least four hours per week to CAP study but average closer to six. Luckily, many of my business classes have aligned with this study!!

Wow that is a lot on your plate. That's the very definition of that old comment about, if you want to get something done, give it to a busy person! You sound like you are on a mission for success! I am excited to watch your journey.
