Greetings! My name is Maddie Halley. I have recently enrolled in a study group with Marie Herman. I am 25 years old and have been working for my corporation for 2 years now. One of my colleagues that I admire most completed this course, and she has been a great blessing to me in my current role. I hope to gain a better understanding of the corporate culture. I hope this course will allow me to identify where I fit best within my company. I am challenging myself with this test in hopes to grow within my company and gain the confidence I need to further my college education in the future. As I finish up reviewing for the first week – I have already learned I need to plan a better study routine. It is a lot of information! I hope to prioritize this study group to be prepared for my desired position when it is available.

Hi Maddie, congratulations on your decision to sit for your CAP Exam. Marie Herman has a great study group and most people do great on the exam because they are prepared. IAAP offers the opportunity for our members to join a Membership Resource Group. It sounds like you would be perfect to join our Generations MRG. That group is designed to allow members from different generations to learn how to communicate and work together more effectively.
