Hello! My name is Rita. I began Marie Herman's study group last Tuesday night to begin preparing to sit for the Spring 2025 CAP exam. I am 57 years old with about 15 years of accumulative experience as an administrative professional. I currently work as an Administrative Specialist for a non-profit organization, and they are generously paying for me to participate in the study group and to sit for the exam. I am pursuing certification to gain more knowledge and skills as an administrative professional and to do my part in elevating our profession. I am also hoping to increase my earning potential through a raise or promotion.

Hi Rita, Marie Herman's study group will really prepare you for the exam. IAAP is my home and I love the quality professional development I receive. I strongly encourage you to consider attending Summit. Once I attended my first Summit, I was hooked for life. It such a great experience.

I really want to attend Summit in Chicago this year! I put in a request for my organization to pay my way, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed! Thank you for your encouragement.
