Good evening fellow IAAP members! I'm excited to be preparing for the Fall 2025 CAP exam. I've been an administrative professional for 24 years and I've decided to invest in MYSELF! At the end of May I successfully completed the PACE certification and decided to keep the ball rolling. I'm into studying the first domain for CAP and already there is some overlap with PACE topics, so I believe this was a smart decision. I'm in a long term role that will evolve but likely not change a great deal. I won't be getting a promotion or raise if I pass the CAP but I believe I'm worth the investment! Grateful to have Marie Herman and her study group as a resource throughout this journey and happy to receive any advice anyone wants to share. Hope everyone has a fabulous summer.
