Filled with both excitement and anxiety, I have decided to take a leap of faith and pursue the CAP Certification. As a seasoned Administrative Professional in my early 50's with a college degree, this decisions is meaningful to me. I believe it is important for potential employers to see that while my path may have not included a traditional degree, I have continuously invested in my professional growth and development. Earning the CAP certification is a way for me to validate the knowledge, experience, and skills I've built over the many years in this field. It reflects my commitment to excellence, lifelong learning, and staying relevant in an evolving workplace.
