Hello! I'm preparing to sit for the Fall 2026 CAP exam because I want to grow professionally, gain knowledge, and become more confident. Also, if I'm being honest, the pay incentive when I pass was a big motivating factor in my reasoning for signing up as well. Oh, and I must admit I want those three letters after my name. Ha! At least I'm being honest. I'm feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness. The broad amount of material is overwhelming at times, but I'm taking it one day at a time and will give it my all! To prepare, I'm using Marie Herman's CAP study course, I feel confident this was the best decision I could have made for myself in preparation for the exam. I also have a co-worker/ friend (now study buddy) who is sitting for the exam. (Hey, Shawna). I am excited to share this journey with her and looking forward to seeing her pass as well!
