IAAP Foundation Scholarships IAAP Foundation is committed to advancing the administrative profession by removing financial barriers to professional development. Our scholarships support participation in IAAP’s premier events—Summit, CAPstone, and the Aspire Leadership Conference—by providing financial assistance that covers registration, travel, and lodging (where available). Recipients are selected based on their professional vision, alignment with IAAP’s core values, and demonstrated need. Scholarships are awarded through a competitive application process and reviewed by the Awards & Recognition Committee, composed of IAAP volunteers. Candidate Criteria Scholarship applicants should demonstrate a commitment to professional growth, a clear vision for their future, and the potential to make a meaningful impact on the administrative profession. Ideal candidates:
Applicants should be prepared to share how the scholarship will support their goals—and how they plan to give back to the administrative community. Available Scholarships IAAP Foundation scholarships are offered in three application cycles. Each link leads to detailed information and the application (if open). Applicants may apply for only one scholarship per cycle.
Spring Cycle Wilkinson Scholarship for Leaders Aspire Leadership Conference (In Person)
Fall Cycle Full registration for a Spring or Fall CAPstone (Virtual)
Winter Cycle Registration for IAAP’s annual conference (Virtual or In-person) For Hawaii-based members attending Summit

Prepare to Apply The application includes short-answer questions focused on your professional goals, impact, and financial need. Responses are evaluated using a scoring rubric developed by the Awards and Recognition Committee. Need support?
