	Studying for the spring CAP exam	10		M. Anderson	I have been studying since last April for the Spring 2018 exam. I'm feeling at a disadvantage because I'm learning things that I have no actual "hands-on" experience in. I have been an Administrative Assistant for 13 years, but in a non-profit organization where my duties are very different than other Admin's duties.
