	Studying for the CAP Exam Online	6		S. Plarske	I also took this course, years ago. Unfortunately, it wasn't that helpful to me. At the time I took it, I had been an admin already for many years, so maybe that's why it wasn't helpful to me. I believe that if you're a seasoned admin, this course will probably be basic to you. Boyer	Also, if you are employed by the State of Tennessee, it is a recognized personnel development certification and successful CAP candidates receive an automatic increase. the State of Indiana recognizes the CAP on their Privately Certified Registry https://www.in.gov/pla/3931.htm which provides consumers with information about certified home builders, home remodelers, and CAPs. This is linked from the site for professional licensing and registries for accounting, medical, education, nursing, and many other professions.
