Burroughs, MBA	Hello Katie,We made improvements to the 2017 edition based on candidate feedback and added more resources available online but the subject-matter covered did not change a great deal. This is the first one I have ever designed. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. :)Libby, I think there's several factors at play, including the release of the body of knowledge, which makes it easier to figure out the areas of the test as a whole. I do agree though that the increase in study groups online has helped with the pass rates (not just mine LOL, though I like to think that has made a contribution as well). Marie by M. I would strongly recommend that you plan to meet weekly if at all possible. With only 9 weeks left until the test, time is definitely ticking. I am not sure if Debbie Bridge is leading a study group this go around, but she is in Florida. I am leading a virtual study group if you would like to join it. There are many ways to prepare for certification exams and which you chose depends upon your unique learning style. A good starting point is the IAAP CAP Study Guide. It takes the CAP Body of Knowledge and expands on it, in addition to providing study tips and a competency assessment. No one source will completely prepare you for CAP, however if you start with a solid guide to the exam subject-matter, a dedicated study schedule, and additional resources (textbooks, study groups, etc), you will set your self up for success. 	Cap Exam.....I'm going to do this!	4		C. Richardson	Had the same experience BUT when I made the commitment to myself to achieve this, something clicked! I came away from the exam wondering what I had been so scared of. Prepare yourself the best you can and go in knowing that you have the skills and expertise it takes to be a Certified Administrative Professional! Be confident in your knowledge and yourself!!
